At Eve and the Snake, each jewel is carefully sourced — handpicked for its quality, rarity, and timeless beauty.
Every piece is photographed in detail and described with honesty and precision, so you can choose with confidence and feel a sense of connection before it even arrives.That said, I understand that — on rare occasions — a piece might not feel quite right once in your hands.
If that happens, I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible. Together, we’ll find the most satisfying solution — whether that means exchanging your jewel for another (of equal, higher, or lower value), or receiving a full refund.
How to request a return or exchange
- Please get in touch with me as soon as you can emailing me at c.s.jewelslon@gmail.com, through my Insrtagram page @eveandthesnake or on wazzup to let me know you'd like to return or exchange your piece.
- The jewel must be returned via insured courier, in its original condition and packaging (including the box), within 14 days.
Refunds
Once the returned piece is received and inspected, your full refund will be processed within 30 days to your original method of payment.
If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange instead — I’ll be happy to help you choose something new.Thank you
